
It is of paramount importance that individuals feel safe and secure in their working environment. This is not only because violent behaviour against staff affects them personally, but also because it indirectly affects the standard of customer care and in the business.
KISS Training conflict resolution training has been developed to assist the professionals and the front line staff to deal effectively with incidents of potential violence or aggression. The training will enable staff to recognise the warning signs of potentially violent situations and to take steps to prevent them from escalating.
This belief may take us into situations where we are vulnerable walking down a road close to our own home, crossing a deserted heath, or visiting a housing estate. It is this belief of ‘self security state,’ which was held by those who have been subject to violence, and even murder.
