Two Day First Aid at Work Refresher Training Course

At KISS Training we are approved to teach Two Day First Aid at Work Refresher Training Courses under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and this course does conform to currently acceptable First Aid practice.

The Two Day First Aid at Work Refresher Training Course can be run either at your business’s location in a suitable environment or at a purpose built training facility whichever is more suitable and practical for you.

Course Length

The Two Day First Aid at Work Refresher Training Course will be at least 12 hours run over a minimum of 2 days. The course can only be attended by persons still holding an up to date Four Day First Aid at Work Training Course certificate.

This Two Day First Aid at Work Refresher Training Course is not just an attend course, students are required to take part in practical work, theoretical work and also home studies to successfully complete the course which will be assessed at the end by experienced assessors.

Course Description

This comprehensive course aims to refresh a first aiders skills, providing any recent updates in First Aid procedures to further their knowledge through a series of practical scenarios and instructional input.

• Conscious casualty
• Airway & breathing disorders
• The circulatory system
• Wounds & bleeding

• Burns & scalds
• Causes of unconsciousness
• Heat & cold on the body
• Muscle & joint injuries
• Fractures (injuries to bones)

 

All students will be issued a certificate on completion of passing the Two Day First Aid at Work Refresher Training Course.
