Moving and Handling Training Course

At KISS Training we are approved to teach Moving and Handling Training Courses under the Health and Safety (Manual Handling Operations) Regulations 1992 and this course does conform to currently acceptable Moving and Handling practice.

The Moving and Handling Training Course can be run either at your business’s location in a suitable environment or at a purpose built training facility whichever is more suitable and practical for you.

Course Length

The Moving and Handling Training Course will run for approximately 7 hours (1 Day).

This Moving and Handling Training Course is not just an attend course, students are required to take part in practical and theoretical work to successfully complete the course.

Course Description

Moving & Handling training is mandatory for the care sector and has to be updated annually in line with legislation.
This enjoyable and interactive course is aimed at those who have not undertaken any Moving & Handling training before and includes demonstration and practice of using a hoist and other relevant aids.

• Efficient movement and ergonomics

 

All students will be issued a certificate on completion of passing the Moving and Handling Training Course.
