Food Hygiene Training Course
Everyone in the food business needs to know something about the food safety.
As a food handler you have a legal obligation to ensure that you do not harm anyone through bad practice, ignorance or neglect. Good food hygiene is essential to ensure that we are not harmed in any way from the food and drink we consume.
The consumers expect their food to be safe.
Course Length
The Infection Control Training Course is a 1 day, 7-8 hour course.
This Food Hygiene Training Course is not just an attend course, students are required to take part in practical work, theoretical work and also home studies to successfully complete the course which will be assessed at the end by experienced assessors.
